Story Behind the Song
The Light was a poem transformed into a song, originally written by a young girl years prior. Her aunt had saved the poem the girl wrote to her grandmother and held onto it year after year. After the young girl had gotten older and her grandmom had passed away, the aunt took the poem to YourSongmaker and had it turned into a song. She surprised her niece with this wonderful gift.
