Story Behind the Song
The song, That’s a Lie, is about a relationship where no one knows what the truth is. He’s trying to do and say the right things but she doesn’t trust him. Ouch. Has that feeling of him wanting her but knowing she won’t be leaving with him. It’s kind of underlying anger and desperate but also fun and dance-able.
